At Go TEFL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. Because our courses are digital products delivered instantly online, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our students and our academic team.

 1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our paid 120-Hour Accredited TEFL Course. If you change your mind, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided that:
*   You have not accessed or completed more than 10% of the total course material or lessons.
*   You have not submitted any assignments or quizzes for grading.
*   An official UK Accredited certificate has not been generated or issued to you.

Once a student passes the 10% progress threshold or submits work to a tutor, the course is considered "consumed," and no refunds will be issued.

 2. Free 40-Hour Course
Our 40-Hour TEFL Course is entirely free of charge. No financial details are taken, and no refunds apply. 

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within your 14-day window, please contact our support team via email at our designated contact address with your order number and full name. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
