Welcome to Go TEFL (wearegotefl.com). By purchasing our courses or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
When you create an account to access our 40-Hour or 120-Hour TEFL course, you must provide accurate information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Sharing account access or allowing multiple users to study from a single paid account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without a refund.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included in our courses—including but not limited to videos, lesson planning frameworks, quizzes, text, graphics, and course structures—is the exclusive property of Go TEFL and its founder, Ishbel Rose.
* You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view the materials for your personal education.
* You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or exploit any part of our course materials for commercial use.
3. Academic Integrity & Tutor Review
For the 120-Hour course, personalised feedback is provided by qualified tutors.
* Plagiarism: All submitted assignments must be your own original work. AI-generated responses (e.g., completely generated by ChatGPT) or plagiarised lesson plans will result in a failed assignment. Repeated offenses will lead to course expulsion.
* Tutor Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, disrespectful, or harassing communications directed toward our tutors or support staff.
4. Accreditation & Certification Disclaimer
Our 120-Hour course is fully accredited by ACCREDITAT (Registered under UKRLP No. 10065351). While our certificates are widely recognised by international employers and online platforms, Go TEFL cannot guarantee employment, visa approval, or background check acceptance by foreign governments, as these are subject to third-party requirements and changing local regulations.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Customer Service Policy:
We strive at all times to supply the client with the highest standard of service
possible.
Our commitment is to always listen to the client’s requests and points of view,
echoing what we have understood before supplying either a service or answer.
In the case that consultation is needed to satisfy a client’s request or query, every
effort will be made to do so as swiftly as possible.
We will always act with maximum transparency, making known the reasons and
motives for any decisions or policies brought into question.
If at any point we are deemed to have fallen short of expectations, we will appraise
the situation and take it upon ourselves to make any appropriate adjustments to
procedure, policy or content in the service which we believe will remedy the
situation.
Customer Complaints Policy:
Go TEFL endorses the right of students to appeal against a grade or an
overall course result. We will always seek to deal with appeals quickly and fairly.
Every effort will be made to accommodate clients’ differing needs within the
constraints of our installations and abilities.
Should we be unable to satisfactorily resolve a client’s complaint, they will be
offered the official complaints book (libro de reclamaciones) as supplied by the
authorities in order for them to make an official complaint to the regional
consumer’s association.
Student Appeals Policy:
All students have the right of appeal against a grade for an assignment or an overall
course result. All appeals with be acknowledged in writing as soon as they are received.
A student’s initial appeal should be made to the student’s tutor.
If the student is not satisfied with the result, an appeal can be made to the Course
Director.
If necessary, the External Moderator (ACCREDITAT at www.accreditat.com ) may also
be approached, attaching all correspondence.
In the event of a student appealing against a grade, there are three possible
outcomes:
1. an improvement in the students mark for the assignment or the overall course will be
given.
2. a reduction in the students mark for the assignment or the overall course grade will be
given.
